Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 20, 2020
At Clickety, we are not in the business of selling Content or data. We collect two types of Content, Personal Content and Centrally Stored Content. You submit, own and manage Personal Content and we will not access it without your express permission, except in very limited circumstances (e.g. law enforcement actions and investigating security incidents and potentially illegal or prohibited activities). We use Centrally Stored Content for administration, maintenance and security of the Services and your account. We also collect data through your use of the Services. We will never sell or share any Content, or data, collected through your use of the Services, except as needed for the Service’s administration, functionality and security or under very limited circumstances (e.g. law enforcement actions and responding to claims that any posting or other Content violates third-party rights).
At Clickety, we take your privacy seriously across each of our website(s), products, services and applications (the “Services”). Please read this Privacy Policy to learn how we treat your personal data. By using or accessing our Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined below, and you hereby consent that we will collect, use and share your information as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy includes the provisions in this document as well as those in the Terms of Use. Your use of or participation in certain Services may also be subject to additional policies, rules and/or conditions (“Additional Terms”), which are incorporated herein by reference, and you understand and agree that by using or participating in any such Services, you agree to also comply with these Additional Terms.

Content
There are two types of Content for the Services, Personal Content and Centrally Stored Content (each of these terms are as defined in the Terms of Use). Any Content stored on the Services will be stored indefinitely, unless it is explicitly deleted. We use Centrally Stored Content for administration, maintenance and security of the Services and for verification of your account. Personal Content is solely for your own personal use. While Clickety has the technical ability to access Personal Content, we agree to only access Personal Content with your written or verbal consent, except in very limited circumstances (e.g. law enforcement actions and investigating security incidents and potentially illegal or prohibited activities).

You can also delete all Cookies that are already on your device. If you do this, however, you may have to manually adjust some preferences every time you visit our website and some of the Services and functionalities may not work.
